These terms govern the use of services provided by BlackBox Dev Group ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms along with the scope and pricing outlined in your written quote.

1. Services

We provide custom web development services, including website builds, web application development, test automation, and ongoing maintenance and support, as described in an individual project quote or agreement.

2. Quotes & scope

Each project is scoped and quoted individually before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote.

3. Payment

Invoices are issued and paid through according to the payment schedule in your written quote. See our Refund & Dispute Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

4. Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom code and deliverables created for your project transfers to you upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse general-purpose, non-client-specific tools and components we developed independently of your project.

5. Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a delivered website or application, beyond the amount paid for the relevant project.
